5KPlayer is a totally free multimedia player, DLNA streamer, video downloader and AirPlay mirroring recorder.
And 5kplayer is licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 2 (referred herein as GPL), find the source code of 5KPlayer on GitHub.

The video decoding is based on the FFmpeg open source project, which is mainly under the GNU Lesser General Public License Version 2.1 or later (referred herein as LGPLv2.1), and several optional parts & optimizations are under GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2).

The basic local file playing is based on VLC open source project, which is under the LGPLv2.1 and GPLv2 licenses.
